Terms of Service

The service

Guildvane provides a Discord bot and a web dashboard (tickets, community tools, analytics and engagement features) operated by [legal entity name]. By adding the bot or using the dashboard you agree to these terms and to Discord's own Terms of Service.

Accounts and servers

You log in with Discord. You may only configure servers where you are the owner or have the Administrator or Manage Server permission, and you are responsible for how the bot is used in those servers, including informing your members where required.

Plans, trials and payments

• Plans are per server. Current plans and limits are shown on the Pricing page and in the dashboard.
• Each server can receive one free 7-day Pro trial. When it ends, the server moves to Free; data is kept, and features above the Free limits pause.
• Online payments are not open yet. When they open: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period; after a failed payment paid features continue for a 7-day grace period. • Prices marked as draft may change before payments open.

Acceptable use

Don't use Guildvane to break the law or Discord's rules, to harass people, to distribute malware, or to try to access other servers' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend a server's access for serious or repeated violations; data is kept during a suspension unless the law requires otherwise.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service online but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Discord outages or API changes can affect the bot. We may change features; material changes to these terms will be announced [how/where].
