What happens when the trial ends?+
The server moves to Free automatically. Nothing is deleted: panels, settings, tickets and history stay. Features above the Free limits pause — existing items keep working, you just can't add new ones until you upgrade.
Is the trial really free?+
Yes. It starts once per server when the bot is first added, needs no card, and can't be restarted by removing and re-adding the bot.
Is the price per server or per account?+
Per server. Each server you manage has its own plan, so one community's upgrade never affects another.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the server moves to Free.
What if a payment fails?+
Paid features stay on for a 7-day grace period while you update your payment method. After that the server moves to Free — again, without deleting anything.
Why are prices marked as draft?+
Online payments aren't open yet. Prices may still change before launch; you'll see the final price before paying anything.
Do you offer yearly billing?+
Not yet. Yearly plans are planned once payments are live.
