Guildvane Tickets
Support tickets your members and staff will actually use.
One button opens a private channel with your team. Claim it, bring in whoever you need, close it with a reason — and keep the transcript.
The problem
Community support breaks as servers grow.
Support lives in DMs
Moderators get the same questions in private messages, and nobody else on the team can see or pick them up.
Public channels leak
Reports and appeals posted in a public channel expose people and invite pile-ons.
No history, no accountability
When a ticket is resolved, the context is gone — and you can't tell how fast your team responds.
The solution
Every request gets its own private room.
Tickets are real Discord channels with per-ticket permissions, so your team works in the app they already use.
One-click tickets
Members press a button (or pick a topic from a menu) and a private channel opens with them and your staff — nobody else sees it.
Ticket types & forms
Billing, bug report, appeal… each with its own staff, category and up to five questions asked before the ticket opens.
Priorities & auto-assign
Set priority per type, hand new tickets out round-robin or to whoever is least busy, and get SLA alerts when a first reply is late.
Staff workflow
Claim, add or remove people, internal notes, saved replies with /reply, and close with a reason — straight from Discord.
Transcripts & ratings
Every closed ticket keeps a transcript you can read or download as HTML/JSON, and members can rate the help they got.
Native message editor
Design panels as a classic embed or as Components V2 with separators, images and buttons inside the container — with a live preview.
Panel editor
Design the panel, not just the text.
Switch between a classic embed and Discord's Components V2: pick an accent colour, add text, separators and images, and place the buttons inside the container. What you see in the preview is what gets posted.
Pricing
Start free. Upgrade when your server grows.
Free covers the essentials of every module. Pro and Business add automation, longer history and higher limits — per server.
FAQ
Tickets FAQ
Something else? Ask us on the contact page — a person answers.
Do I need to give you a bot token?+
No. You add our bot to your server with Discord's normal authorization screen. Your server never shares a token with us, and you can remove the bot at any time from Server Settings → Integrations.
What permissions does the bot need?+
Manage Channels and Manage Roles (to create private ticket channels and set who can see them), plus View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History and Manage Messages.
Who can open the dashboard for my server?+
Anyone who owns the server or has the Administrator or Manage Server permission in Discord. Access is re-checked against Discord regularly, so removing someone's role removes their dashboard access.
How long are transcripts stored?+
30 days on Free, 180 days on Pro and 730 days on Business. After that they are deleted automatically.
Can I use it on more than one server?+
Yes. Log in once and you'll see every server you manage; each one is configured separately and its data is kept separate.
Is there a free trial?+
Every server gets a 7-day Pro trial once, when the bot is first added — no card needed. Afterwards the server moves to Free automatically and nothing is deleted.
