Do I need to give you a bot token?+
No. You add our bot to your server with Discord's normal authorization screen. Your server never shares a token with us, and you can remove the bot at any time from Server Settings → Integrations.
What permissions does the bot need?+
Manage Channels and Manage Roles (to create private ticket channels and set who can see them), plus View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History and Manage Messages.
Who can open the dashboard for my server?+
Anyone who owns the server or has the Administrator or Manage Server permission in Discord. Access is re-checked against Discord regularly, so removing someone's role removes their dashboard access.
How long are transcripts stored?+
30 days on Free, 180 days on Pro and 730 days on Business. After that they are deleted automatically.
Can I use it on more than one server?+
Yes. Log in once and you'll see every server you manage; each one is configured separately and its data is kept separate.
Is there a free trial?+
Every server gets a 7-day Pro trial once, when the bot is first added — no card needed. Afterwards the server moves to Free automatically and nothing is deleted.
