Does verification stop every bot?+
No tool stops everything. Verification with a challenge and a minimum account age blocks automated raids and throwaway accounts; combine it with Discord's own verification level.
Why does automod need Message Content?+
Word and link rules have to read message text. If that privileged intent isn't enabled, spam and mention limits still work and the dashboard tells you which rules are paused.
Can members give themselves admin roles?+
No. Self-role panels only offer the roles you add, managed and @everyone roles are refused, and the bot can't assign roles above its own.
